Brushing the dust off...

[this is good]
Congrats! Welcome to Ravelry (I did add you over there). I think it's a perfect excuse for no knitting/sewing/crafting ;)
Thanks! Yeah, I've been so dang tired that when I sit down with the best intentions to knit, I end out dozing off instead, heh. Been doing better lately, though, so I've been doing a little here and a little there, and now the feeling of "OMG I don't have much longer until I get no time to craft!" has hit and I'm biting off more than I can chew. Feast or famine, I guess. :)

How did I not realize you live in Pottstown, btw? I live in South Coventry, just a hop skip and a jump south of you. :)
Oh wow I never realized you were that close either - I just knew you were in PA. Amazing.
Small world and all of that. Our mailing address is actually Pottstown. :)

So where do you shop for yarn? I've been going to Olde Peddler Wools in Morgantown since Unraveled Yarn in Douglassville closed (*sob!* I adored that store) but it's a little too far away to be convenient. Also, Olde Peddler doesn't carry some of the things Unraveled did that I liked -- some of the "name brand" yarns (Colinette, Rowan, etc.) that I liked being able to ogle in person, sari silk, extensive Noro selection, etc. Haven't been in love with the amount of non-natural-fiber novelty stuff The Knitting Studio in Phoenixville carries (nor their irregular hours, last time I went,) either. I would say we need a really good LYS around here, but maybe there is one and I just don't know about it...?
